Story
Hey everyone! So, I’ve decided to take part in this year’s Manchester Marathon in April. Honestly, I’m not sure what I’m thinking—I was out of action for at least two weeks after last year’s run! But I’m doing it for a really important cause, and that makes it worth it.
I’ll be raising money for Trinity Hospice & Brian House in Blackpool. They do incredible work, and if you’re not familiar with them, let me tell you a bit about what they do.
Trinity Hospice provides specialist care for people at the end of their lives, helping them make the most of every precious moment.
Brian House supports children with very complex needs and life-limiting conditions, as well as their families. It’s such an important service for those who face unimaginable challenges.
This is a cause that means a lot to me personally. Trinity Hospice cared for my Grandad (Bazza ❤️) during his final weeks, and I honestly don’t know how we would’ve coped without their support. They were a lifeline for our family during such a tough time.
I know things are tough for everyone right now, so I’m not expecting big donations, but even sharing this on your socials to raise awareness would mean the world to me. Every little bit helps these amazing charities continue their work.
Thanks so much for reading, and wish me luck—I think I’ll need it!
