Story

Hi folks, as many of you know I’m running the Belfast marathon on Sunday 4th of May 🏃‍♂️ As mental health & well being is a big thing for me, I want to run it in aid of The Koram Centre.

Mental health is such a huge part of all our lives and it shouldn’t be taken for granted! A few years ago I tried to take my own life. Fortunately my family and friends were there for me and able to get me the help I needed. There’s a stigma around mental health, where many feel they cannot be open about it, but this shouldn’t be the case!

I’m hoping this inspires people to open up and chat to family, friends and seek help. Any donations at all will be greatly appreciated!

My training for the marathon has started this week, so if anyone fancies joining me on any runs, whether it’s to get fitter, have a chat or clear the head they are more than welcome 🤗
