Walk4Joseph2025 · 11 April 2025

Joseph Michael Kendrick is 15 years old and has Non-Ketotic Hyperglycinemia, a rare genetic disorder that affects one in 60,000 new-borns. The condition is so serious that less than 500 people in the world are living with it. Joseph’s Goal has been set up to raise funds and awareness into NKH.

Story

I’ll be taking on the challenge of walking a 45-mile route from Wrexham FC to Wigan Athletic on April 11, 2025 (hopefully arriving before Kick Off), as part of the "Walk4Joseph2025" event.

The walk is about making a difference in the life of those affected by Non-Ketotic Hyperglycinemia (NKH), a rare genetic disorder that impacts one in every 60,000 newborns.

With fewer than 500 people living with this condition worldwide, it’s crucial that we raise both funds and awareness for this cause.

That’s why I’m supporting "Joseph's Goal," an initiative dedicated to advancing research and support for NKH.

I kindly ask you to consider donating whatever you can—every little bit helps us reach our target of £250. Thank you for your generosity!
