On 6th September 2023 I will be setting off from London to Paris, covering more than 500 Km over 4 days, to raise money for The Firefighters Charity.

The charity provides a lifetime of crucial support to the fire & rescue service community, whether that is dealing with a life-changing injury, illness, or an unexpected curve ball thrown up by life. Helping support:

• Mental Health

• Physical Health

• Social wellbeing

• Nursing

• Retirement

• FRS staff and their families
