Every year I try and do a physical challenge to push myself but this year I wanted to push myself further then ever before for something that truly mattered to me.

I have had family members and close family friends that have suffered from Alzheimers and I couldn't think of a better charity to raise money for.

I understand how tough the world is with the cost of living but every single pound that you can give will help motivate when I'm running for well over 10 hours. Anything you can give would be appreciated.
