Story

Along with Baileys godfather Mark Allen, we running in memory of my son Bailey, who had many challenges in life. Bailey's underline disability and condition was a neurological movement disorder called, Dystonia. Bailey had multiple limb incurable form of Dystonia, effecting his everyday quality of life.

This misunderstood and un-diagnosed condition effects over 100,000 people in the UK. Dystonia is a neurological condition presenting with uncontrollable and sometimes painful muscle movements and spasms which last for hours. Dystonia is a lifelong condition that affects both adults and children that currently has no cure.

In addition to, Bailey had a rare world wide genetic condition called GNA01, adding another layer to the muscle movement disorder he lived with.

We will be running in his honor, and hopefully raise more public awareness to this awful condition.

Bailey, you are a true inspiration, and will be forever in our hearts. xx
