Food, friendship and independence. Your support helps older people across Scotland eat well, age well and live well at home. Our volunteers deliver groceries, share meals and bring companionship. As Scotland’s population ages, the need is growing. Your donation helps us be there.

Story

Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page. On Sunday, 16 August 2026, I will be taking part in the Dundee Kiltwalk 2026 to support Food Train, a remarkable Scottish charity dedicated to helping elderly people live independently by delivering nutritious meals and essential supplies.

The need for Food Train's services has never been greater. Many elderly individuals face challenges accessing food and daily necessities, especially those who are isolated or have limited mobility. By supporting this cause, we can ensure they receive the care and support they deserve, fostering dignity and community connection.

I am committed to raising £200 to help Food Train continue their vital work. Your donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast, and secure—your contribution goes directly to the charity without delay or extra cost.

Please join me in making a positive impact by donating today. Together, we can walk towards a future where no elderly person is left behind.
