Thanks for your kind donations - they are massively needed as I've already spent more than the budget my fiancé gave me on running shoes and a Garmin watch (it's a minimum guarantee fundraising target!).

In true fashion, I have set a ridiculous personal goal of a sub 1:30 time which works out to be roughly 4:15 minute km's. Given my 5km time trial time 5 weeks ago was 4:30 minute km's I've got a lot of work to achieve this.
