Story
Hi everyone, and thank you for visiting my page!
Next April, I’ll be taking on the incredible challenge of running the London Marathon in support of the Bodie Hodges Foundation — a charity that means a great deal to me having experienced the amazing work they do during my role as primary school teacher.
My school has close links with the charity, and we’ve seen first-hand the incredible difference they make. Their compassion, care, and commitment to helping families find hope and create lasting memories after the loss of a child is truly inspiring.
Running 26.2 miles will be an enormous challenge — full of early mornings, tired legs, and determination — but knowing that every mile will help families supported by the Bodie Hodges Foundation will carry me all the way to the finish line.
My wonderful six-year-old daughter, Emilia, has also decided she wants to join my fundraising campaign and is taking on the Freddie Festive Fun Run 5K in Burbage.
Any donations as her little legs complete the 5k would mean the world to her!
Thank you so much for your support!
Ryan
