Dementia is Britain's biggest killer. Dementia UK provide admiral nurses to support the families of those suffering with the illness through what is a really difficult time.

This is a charity that I strongly support, so I have decided to run my first half marathon as a personal challenge to raise money for this cause!

UPDATE: Unfortunately I fractured my ankle playing football & have been told I can’t run for 6 weeks so I’ll be doing this in the New Year. Thanks for the donations & I’ll keep you posted!
