Story
I’m running the Manchester Marathon to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust because this cause is deeply personal to me.
For the past 18 years, I’ve watched my cousin live with cystic fibrosis — facing daily treatments, hospital visits, and challenges that most of us will never truly understand. Despite everything, she continues to show incredible strength, resilience, and determination. I am so unbelievably proud of her and the way she handles life with such courage.
Running this marathon is nothing compared to what she battles every single day, but it’s my way of standing beside her and showing my support. I want to help raise awareness, fund vital research, and support families affected by cystic fibrosis so that one day, we can move closer to a cure.
Every mile I run will be for her — and for everyone living with cystic fibrosis.
