Ryan's fundraiser for Great North Air Ambulance Service

Cleveland 4 Peaks After Dark · 22 March 2024 ·
Hey Guys, I am taking part in another fundraising walk! This time I am venturing over to the North East, to join folk taking on the Cleveland 4 Peaks. This is a 13 mile walk, after dark! I really enjoy the challenge of a long distance walk, so why not do it, and help raise some funds for a fantastic cause. It also gives me some motivation to get off my big backside, and get plenty of exercise when training.
The air ambulance is a vital emergency service, even more so here in rural Cumbria. We see it in action regularly, and never know when we may need it! I have set myself a target of £500, I and really hope to smash this.
The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) rescues hundreds of severely injured or ill patients every year throughout the North East, North Yorkshire and Cumbria. Their doctor-led critical care teams deliver life-saving treatments at the scene of the incident whether that is on a fell top, a roadside or in a city centre. The charity responded to 1,640 call outs last year* alone, via their helicopter and emergency response vehicles, where they performed treatments and procedures which can mean the difference between life or death.
Thank you for your support :)
