In April 2025, I will be participating in the London Marathon to support the Alzheimer's Society. The cause is deeply personal to me as my incredible Nan has dementia, and it pains me to see the impact it has had on our family. Despite the challenges those with dementia and their families face, I am determined to run for a cause close to our families hearts. My Nan no longer remembers our family by name, and it is heartbreaking to witness her memories slipping away.

The Alzheimer's Society is dedicated to providing vital support for individuals living with dementia and working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.

We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future.
