Me, Laura and her sister Grace are running the Great North Run in memory of their dad, Paul.

Paul was a keen runner, so it felt fitting for Laura and Grace to take on this challenge, having never done it before.

Myself & Laura are fundraising together for British Heart Foundation while Grace raises funds for Heart Research UK.
