Hello everyone!

My name is Ryan, thank you so much for making it this far and clicking on the page.

Next April, I'm endeavouring to do what I never thought possible and run a marathon. The Norfolk marathon in my beautiful home county, for a cause that is extremely close to my heart.

Around three years ago now I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression. At that stage I was at the lowest point of my life, I won't go into the details but it wasn't pretty.

Ever since then, with a lot of help along the way, I've strived to take more care of my mental wellbeing and I am eternally grateful to people at organisations such as MIND for the incredible work they do for everyone going through something.

After all the help they've given me, my loved ones and everyone in need I'd love to give something back whilst achieving a lifelong goal of completing a marathon.
