As some of you may or may not know mental health is something that has affected my family as well as thousands of other families all over the uk. Due to this I’ve chosen to raise money for / run the GNR for MIND charity. The work they do is absolutely amazing, life changing in some cases and I couldn’t think of a better charity to run for.
