Here at S&W Independent Living, we support individuals to live comfortably, and safely in the comfort of their own home.

We support many individuals, and their loved ones living with Dementia to overcome their daily challenges. We make their days brighter by offering reassurance and support on our visits.

Our carers work endlessly to ensure that our Service Users receive the best possible care by supporting them with nutritional, hydrational, personal hygiene, incontinence, social, emotional needs, and everything else in-between!

We feel that it is important to raise awareness of Dementia, and hope that our fundraiser will bring some of our Service Users and their families together. We believe that this will be a good opportunity for them to support each other and to share experiences in our local community, so they don't feel so alone when facing the difficult days.
