We're raising money for Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, a remarkable charity that provides a free 24/7 life-saving service. By day, they deploy helicopters, and by night, rapid-response vehicles to those in need of urgent medical care across Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

Saving lives, reducing or preventing disability and suffering, Essex & Air Ambulance delivers a first-class emergency medical service to our community every single day.

And that's not all. This brilliant charity teaches others to save lives too - which is how we found out about them.

After attending one of their CPR training sessions at SA Law's offices, we knew we had to do something to help them raise vital funds...and that's why we're getting muddy for money!

We've signed up for the 2026 Mission Mud challenge - we'll be tackling epic climbing walls, daring jumps, and watery obstacles in the wild terrain of Nuclear Races’ Wild Forest.

Essex & Herts Air Ambulance receives no government or lottery funding; they rely entirely on community support to keep their vital service running. We are aiming to raise £500 to help them continue their life-saving work. Every donation, no matter how small, makes a real difference in keeping this essential emergency medical service operational.
