Al-Mustafa Welfare Trust is a registered non-government organisation (NGO) working on a non-profit basis whose aim is to alleviate poverty and provide medical and social development assistance to the poor and vulnerable around the world. We specialise in providing free health care to the poor.

Story

Palestinian Societies (PalSocs) across 11 London universities will be hiking in solidarity with the people of Palestine who have been victims of a vicious and barbaric genocide.

Students will be taking part in the 4 Waterfalls Walk in the Brecon Beacons in the middle of winter in January 2025.

Having had all their infrastructure destroyed and with hundreds of thousands of severely injured people needing urgent medical aid, there is a critical need of a permanent hospital to facilitate the needs of the people of Palestine.

Al Mustafa Trust, a UK-registered charity, is dedicated to supporting these people and have been doing so for the past year, delivering emergency aid to begin with and then working with reputable organisations (The Palestinian Red Crescent, Egyptian Red Crescent, The Royal Jordanian Charitable Trust and UNRWA) to build a mobile hospital which has been serving hundreds of patients daily.

As needs change and with an ever worsening situation on the ground there is now a requirement for a permanent hospital located in a 'safe' area.

By raising funds we will be working to ensure that this hospital is completed as quickly as possible in order to help save lives. The hospital will be equipped with all the necessary equipment to conduct a variety of operations and provide life saving treatment.

Support the people of Palestine now and reap the rewards of giving charity to the oppressed, the hungry, the thirsty, the displaced and the critically injured.

“Whoever relieves a Muslim of a burden from the burdens of the world, Allah will relieve. Him of a burden from the burdens on the Day of Judgement. And whoever helps ease difficulty in the world, Allah will grant him ease from a difficulty in the world and the Hereafter.” [Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.]

Al Mustafa's journey began in November 1983 on a small scale by a group of highly motivated intellectuals, social workers, lawyers, doctors, engineers and business executives, who all had the passion for philanthropy. Over 40 years since their formation, Al Mustafa Welfare Trust has provided medical care, education, food aid, poverty relief, famine relief, and community development in disaster areas, war-torn countries, and many rural and poverty-stricken areas of the world.

Al Mustafa has been working in Gaza and the West Bank for a number of years already on various projects and that track record and earned trust has led them to be at the forefront of the efforts in Palestine since October last year.
