Salaam all,

I will be partaking in a 10km walk joining the Thames Bridges Trek Ultra Challenge to raise money for Young Lives vs Cancer in honour of my darling nephew Ayyub who was diagnosed with leukaemia and sadly passed away on the 7th of December 2023.

Most of you that know me will know that this is slightly out of my comfort zone however in Ayyub's short life he taught me to make the most of life and to take on challenges head on which he so bravely did throughout the time he was in hospital and throughout his diagnosis and treatment.

The day Ayyub was born was a defining moment in my life, not only had I become an aunt for the second time but Allah swt sent an abundance of blessings with him as he started his journey in the dunya. We shared many happy memories with him throughout his short life until we sadly lost him at the age of 2 years, 2 weeks and 2 days.

I am hoping to raise funds so that Young Lives vs Cancer can continue to support families that are dealing with the challenge of having a young family member diagnosed with cancer. I would appreciate it if you could donate generously to help me reach my goal.
