This year marks the 21st anniversary of Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, which was created through the merger of three NHS trusts: Surrey and Hampshire Borders, Surrey Oaklands, and North West Surrey Partnership. To mark the occasion and raise much-needed funds for the Trust's official charity, a team of executives, non-executive directors, staff and governors will be lacing up their hiking boots to walk 21 miles (33.7 km) through the Surrey Hills on Sunday 4 October 2026.

Our goal is to raise enough money to fund 21 requests from teams across our inpatient and day services. Every donation received will help make a real difference by funding new equipment, improving ward environments, and supporting special projects, helping to enhance the care and experience of the people who use our services.
