Sew Positive helps the most vulnerable of us through creativity.

They work with people who are unemployed, struggling with mental health and isolation, discrimination, family breakdown, poor housing, financial hardship and poor education.

Through calming sewing and recycling of old fabrics and recycling old clothes, Sew Positive links mental health, mindfulness and sustainability to help end loneliness and isolation in the community.

I’m running the Cambridge Half Marathon to help their work.
