I was extremely fortunate to get a place in London Marathon 2026 through ballot. I am running London Marathon in memory of my mother and while doing so, we have chosen to raise funds for Help Nepal Network (HeNN) (charity reg no 1088951) which has been working in the field of Health and Education in Nepal since 1999.

The funds raised from your generosity will be equally split between two of Help Nepal Network's long term project - Health Post in Mugu, Nepal and Children's Home in Dhulikhel, Nepal.

Health Post in Murma, Mugu, Nepal

The HELP NEPAL Health Post in Murma, Mugu - one of the remotest districts in Nepal, was established in June 2004 and over the last two decades, the Health Post has had a discernibly positive impact on the lives of not just the locals but also those from surrounding villages. The health post provides basic health facilities with necessary check-ups and health treatments to the residents and visitors around the place.

Children's Home, Dhulikhel, Nepal

This wonderful project provides education, safe accommodation, and daily care for young girls who deserve the chance to dream, learn, and build a future full of hope. There are 22 girls living there at the moment and HeNN provides all the necessary support for their wellbeing.
