Story
Hi friends,
In 2025, I’ve committed to one of the biggest physical and personal challenges of my life: running in one of the Abbott World Marathon Majors. But I’m not just running for the finish line—I'm running to help cure leukemia team.
I’ve proudly joined forces with Cure Leukaemia, a charity dedicated to funding life-saving clinical trials and revolutionary treatments for blood cancer patients. Every mile I run, every blister I earn, and every ounce of energy I pour into this journey is for the thousands of people fighting leukemia right now—and for the hope that one day, they won’t have to.
Leukemia can strike anyone, at any time. It doesn’t discriminate. But together, we can fight back. Cure Leukaemia is helping to connect patients with cutting-edge treatments and world-class care across the UK—and they need our support to keep going. Working as doctor in haematology I have come across the difficulties and effort required to treat this disease.
My fundraising goal is 2500, and every donation—no matter the size—will directly impact the lives of those battling this disease. Your support will help give families more time with their loved ones and bring us closer to a world where leukemia is no longer a life-threatening diagnosis.
This isn’t just about running. It’s about running for something bigger. For hope. For research. For life.
If you’re able to donate, I would be incredibly grateful. And if you can’t, just sharing my story can help spread awareness.
Together, let’s cross the finish line for a cure.
Thank you for your support.
Sach
