Hi everyone,
This World Mental Health Day, we’re excited (and a little nervous!) to share something very special with you. In April 2026, we’ll be taking on an incredible challenge — running three marathons in three weeks — to raise money and awareness for Mind, a charity that means a lot to us.
Our marathon lineup is:
🏃♀️Brighton Marathon – 12th April 2026
🏃♀️Manchester Marathon – 19th April 2026
🏃♀️A local marathon – 26th April 2026
We both have personal experience living with anxiety and depression, and we know how important it is to talk openly about mental health. For us, running has been a huge part of our own journeys. It’s one of the few times our minds feel clear — we’re simply focused on putting one foot in front of the other, and that sense of accomplishment when we cross the finish line is truly unmatched. That’s why we’re so passionate about supporting Mind, who do incredible work helping people access support and breaking down the stigma around mental health.
It’s often said that it’s the people who look the happiest that can be struggling the most — and that’s why it’s so important to keep checking in on those around us and to normalise conversations about how we really feel.
It feels only right to launch our JustGiving page today, on World Mental Health Day, a reminder that no one should ever have to face mental health struggles alone.
