Well, Ash and I can’t think of much worse than running anywhere other than to the pub for a wine so signing up for a half marathon came as quite a shock to many.

Ultimately we decided as we couldn’t think of much worse, what a challenge for us to set ourselves and for such a special cause.

The charity is dear to our hearts and if you got this far you clearly want to donate so even a pound would be scarily appreciated.

If everyone we knew donated a pound Sade would have £30 and Ash would have £3000 but you get the idea 😂
