Retina UK turns 50th this year and as part of the anniversary celebrations, a brave team of adventurers (including some incredible supporters living with inherited sight loss) will be trekking through the Sahara Desert in Morocco in November 2025!

They’ll be tackling one of the toughest environments on earth to raise funds for life-changing research and vital support for people affected by inherited sight loss.

Daniel and I will go on this adventure not quite knowing what to expect, but will no doubt come home with wonderful and life-long memories. We are paying for the entire trip ourselves, meaning that every penny raised through sponsorship goes directly to Retina UK.
