Story
Over 2.4 million women are diagnosed with breast cancer globally every year - and 70% of deaths from breast cancer occur in low-middle income countries.
For this Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, we are taking part in a ladies-only 8.5 mile walk along Monsal Trail in the heart of the Peak District.
This walk will be in memory of every woman who has faced the consequences of this life-threatening disease.
All funds raised will go towards providing underprivileged women access to breast cancer diagnosis and treatment through MAA Foundation (reg. charity 1189300), who run a cancer specialist hospital in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir.
Please donate your sadaqa and Zakat generously (Please mention any zakat funds in comments so they can be used appropriately).
Do not forget to click Gift Aid to add 25% extra to your donation at no extra cost to you!
