I am a trustee of a very inspiring charity called Trust Leeds which supports people living in some of our more deprived areas. We provide advice and support to those who want to start their own business, including making loans to help them start up. We also help to set up Self Reliant Groups which are groups of people who meet regularly, save some money and get involved in all sorts of enterprising activity. See www.trustleeds.org.uk.
