This will be the third year that I've taken part in the Tour de Vale. It's becoming a regular event for The Worshipful Company of Wheelwrights to raise money for WheelPower which is an amazing charity supporting physical rehabilitation.

Last year I completed the 75km circuit on my (P-Line) Brompton, which was a toughie! This year I'm taking it easy with the 25km ride!
