I am taking part in this fundraiser as my eldest child was diagnosed with End Stage Kidney failier earlier this year - we have all had our world turned upside down & she is lesrning to live with dialysis whist she waits for a transplant.

I am hoping that by taking part in this fundraiser I can not only raise money for further reasearch, but also help to raise awareness of this hidden disability.
