We are the 'Hearts of Gold', a fundraising group in West Kent who are proudly raising money for the British Heart Foundation (BHF).

One of my dearest friends was born with a congenital heart condition and has had multiple open heart surgeries, including multiple life saving surgeries when she had an infection around her heart which led to sepsis. You can see more of her story on instagram or tiktok @goldheartedclub.

I am part of this small group of fundraisers and we work hard to bring awareness and raise funds for the ongoing research that is done by this national charity.
