Our 2026 Sponsored Walk along Worthing Promenade is set for 19 July.

We are fundraising for our local branch to support the many therapeutic and social activities we provide. These include 3 levels of exercise classes, Dance for Parkinson's, Singing to Beat Parkinson's, Speech Therapy, groups for carers and people with Parkinson's and a monthly branch gathering with Entertainment.

Between 10am and 2pm our members, their families and volunteers will be walking 5km on Worthing seafront between George V Ave, the pier and back.

We will have a group info stall at the start/end point, promenade at end of George V.
