Children's Hospice South West support families with a child who has a life limiting or life threatening condition. They support the whole family including siblings, either at the hospice or at home.

Being part of the sibling team at Little Bridge House is a very rewarding role. I wanted to raise money to help the care and support continue.

The children and young people the sib team support are amazing humans.
