Salute Her UK is a specialist charity dedicated to supporting women in the Armed Forces, women veterans, and women at sea through trauma‑informed, gender‑specific services.

It provides a safe, women‑only environment where survivors of military‑related trauma, such as sexual assault, bullying, harassment, and operational stress, can access specialist therapy, wellbeing support, advocacy, and tailored programmes that help them heal and rebuild their lives.

Our charity is recognised nationally for pioneering women‑centric veteran support, raising awareness of the unique challenges faced by women who serve, and advocating for better recognition, protection, and care across the military and veteran community.

At Salute Her UK, women can choose from a range of therapeutic activities – holistic treatments, workshops, courses, groups and individual counselling or mental health therapy delivered either face to face or virtually.– which means that their recovery is truly person-centred.
