Story
Marie Curie nurses, doctors, and frontline staff work tirelessly day and night at our Belfast Hospice and in homes across Northern Ireland, delivering expert clinical care to patients while offering much-needed respite, comfort, and reassurance to families, carers, and loved ones. I have witnessed this compassionate care firsthand. The incredible team at Marie Curie Knock Road provided exceptional support to my beloved wife during her final stages of her battle with cancer.
I am honored to participate in the Twilight Walk Northern Ireland 2026 on September 26, 2026, walking in memory of my wife Maria and also a dear friend of my Nana, a wonderful woman. Anne spent her days as a nurse helping people. This walk is not only a tribute but also a powerful way to stand with the unsung frontline heroes who deserve all the support we can offer.
Every penny raised brings vital nursing care closer to those who need it most. Your generosity helps Marie Curie Nurses provide essential care and comfort to people living with terminal illnesses in their own homes during their toughest times. Just £23 can fund one hour of crucial nursing care, while £92 can cover four hours of compassionate support when it matters most.
Please join me in supporting this cause by donating today. Together, we can ensure that more families receive the care and dignity they deserve through the wonderful facilities and dedicated staff at Marie Curie. Let’s make a difference—one step at a time.
