On 22nd May 2022 a great friend of mine, Simon, died from a very aggressive form of lymphoma, having been diagnosed 17th May 2022. Simon was the physio who built my knee back after a 4th knee operation, which has enabled me to continue to be active. In his memory, I have been posting Strava (physical activity tracker) every day in 2023. These have ranged from runs, cycles, swims, work-outs, climbs and lengthy walks. I ask for any donation towards Lymphoma Action to support those suffering from lymphoma, and their families; keeping his memory alive.
