Story
We have had a couple of knock backs as a family last year, in June 2020 I lost my uncle to pancreatitis and my grandad is currently being looked after in a ward at St James’s in Leeds. I have decided to do dry January to raise money for the amazing people who have looked after my family members over the last couple of years. All donations will be massively appreciated.
As most of you know I love a beer, so giving it up for a month was the most appropriate sacrifice I could make to try and get a few quid together to raise some money for the amazing work done by the teams in Leeds who are fully committed to caring for our loved ones.
I’ve also been roped into running 100k throughout January by the lads at football so I’ll post regular updates to show you how I’m getting on.
I hope you can find a spare few quid to throw in to help keep me off the ale!
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
