My name is Sam and my bonkers wing gal is Steff - we are both firefighters, Steff is an on call firefighter for Ivybridge and Yelverton however for her primary role she works for South West Ambulance service. I am a on call firefighter for Yelverton and Dartmouth, as my primary role I am a firefighter at Crownhill station on Blue watch.

We would like to raise awareness and funds to help support the Fire Fighters Charity by pushing ourselves and our limits in the Welsh mountains.. we are going to run the Pen y fan 6 challenge route of 32km with an elevation of 1900m with a goal of completing it in under 12 hours. Whatever the weather - we have that day! (We may live to regret that choice 😂)

For now.. we are training along the stunning south west coastal paths and of course Dartmoor which we are blessed to have on our doorstep.
