I’m really excited to be running the Paris Marathon on April 12th 2026 for Demelza, where I am now working as a nurse. I had originally entered the event in 2025 but this has been deferred to 2026 due to my daughter being born.

In addition to this event I will also be running the Yorkshire marathon in October 2025 and the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon in May 2026.

This is a great organisation, caring for children with life limiting conditions and their families. They also rely heavily on fundraising efforts to do this amazing work. I have already met some amazing people both working and being supported by Demelza, and can’t wait to raise money for the charity.

Were here for them and their families with expert clinical, emotional and practical support at every step from first diagnosis and for as long as were needed.
