I lost my Dad in July 2023 to several heart attacks and have made a personal commitment to doing something to raise money for the Cardiac Care Unit at Withybush Hospital in Haverfordwest every year in Dad's memory.

Instead of just one fitness challenge this year, Gav and I have entered four running races, we're running:

Porthcawl 10k on the 6th July

The Great North Run (Half Marathon) on the 7th September

Cardiff Half Marathon on the 5th October, and

Silverstone Circuit 10k on the 23rd November - the day after Dad's birthday in the village I grew up in!

I'm really conscious that so many people have been so generous by donating to my other challenges over the past couple of years so will completely understand if people are suffering from a bit of donation fatigue! Anything you can spare for such a worthy cause would be very much appreciated!
