I've made a last minute sign up to take part in the Wirral's coastal walk. Leo and Betty are coming with me as long as its not too hot for them! We may run part of the way to burn off a bit of that endless energy she has on the cannicross harness or we may try and convince her of a slow plod.. we shall see how far we

get!
