Mental health and addiction is something that can affect the very, very, very best of us.

Unfortunately we lost a much loved brother, step-brother and friend to it last year - Dan Bonnici.

In his memory, I'm going to be holding several fundraising activities, including a summer roof-top party in Brighton, and culminating in a cycle from Brighton to Amsterdam in 48 hours to help raise money for Mental Health Research UK.

Dan has had such a unique and positive impact on my life - and I want to share that positivity by raising as much money as possible for MHRUK.

While he might question the cycle, I know he will be fully endorsing the summer party.
