Story
As I sit here with a dead leg from last week’s rugby match, I’ve been reflecting on just how lucky I am. I’ve spent 38 years playing all my favourite sports and have been fortunate enough to do so without any serious injuries.
That perspective is why, in April 2026, I’ll be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon in support of the Matt Hampson Foundation. The Foundation does incredible work supporting people who have experienced life-changing injuries through sport, helping them rebuild their lives with independence, confidence and purpose.

Thank you so much in advance for donating whatever you can — every contribution really will make a massive difference.
