Network Counselling is a brilliant charity that trains counsellors and provides support to so many people across Bristol at subsidised rates compared to other counselling services.

This Movember I have decided to grow a moustache in aid of this charity having witnessed first hand and through my work the importance of services such as Network Counselling. I particularly want to raise awareness of the need for men to find spaces where they can talk and open up about whatever is going on in their lives. Don't be alone!
