I’m the dad of two amazing young girls, Lyla (8), and Ada (6). Ada was born deaf and can only communicate through BSL.

As for all Deaf people, Ada’s life will be harder than it should be - from communication difficulties to lack of accessibility - the list is endless.

The BDA is doing invaluable work for Deaf people, making life just that little bit easier as they take on the massive tasking of making the world a more accessible place for beautiful people like Ada.
