Cotswold Way Ultra Challenge 2024 · 22 June 2024 ·

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 22nd June I will be taking part in the Cotswold Way Ultra Challenge along with 3 of my closest friends to raise money for Parkinson’s Uk.

We are going to walk 100km (62 miles) continuously in a bid to raise as much money as possible for a cause very close to our hearts.

Parkinson disease (PD) is a brain condition that causes problems with movement, mental health, sleep, pain and other health issues. PD gets worse over time. There is no cure, but therapies and medicines can reduce symptoms. Common symptoms include tremors, painful muscle contractions and difficulty speaking.

Any money you can spare towards helping reach my target and continue the fight against this disease is greatly appreciated.
