I'm aiming to raise £250 for Dovecote Farm Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) in memory of Jane Payne, my girlfriend's mum and a dedicated member of the RDA community for over 25 years.

The RDA is the only major UK charity focused on the therapeutic benefits of bringing people and horses together. Their activities are life-changing, helping individuals to improve core strength, balance, coordination, and, most importantly, their overall wellbeing!

For many people, RDA is their primary source of physical exercise and a crucial part of combating loneliness and isolation.
