I'm raising money in memory of the amazing, Karen Lucas.

Because I despise burpees and I'm sure you will want to see me in a state, I'm doing 400 in the month of October !

After years of battling cancer, in September Karen lost the fight. She was a truly amazing, strong woman right throughout and fort back time and time again.

The care Karen received from the St Mary's Hospice at Home team was nothing short of amazing - they are all worth their weight in gold !
