I am taking on the challenge of the highest peak in England and Wales, because every child has the right to a loving relationship with both parents and their wider family - even when parents separate.

Any money raised will go directly to Both Parents Matter. The charity works every day to support parents at the toughest time, in a way that prioritises the needs of children. It also campaigns for a better family justice system that protects a child's right and supports shared parenting.

The climb is a symbol of the challenge many families face navigating the complex court system in England and Wales, with its delays and emotional strain.

I'm stepping up to say: children deserve better. Better support, better systems and better outcomes.
